Paper Shredding Event

Paper Shredding Event A free paper shredding event will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. at the Macon County Environmental Management Recycling Center, 1750 N. 21st Street, Decatur, Illinois. Residents are encouraged to bring unwanted papers and files with identifying information, such as financial statements, medical records, and receipts, for on-site shredding. Up to 5 boxes of household papers will be accepted per resident. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed prior to shredding.
