Two Arrested in Shooting Outside White Oaks Mall
(Springfield, IL) — Two suspects are in custody following a shooting earlier this month outside the White Oaks Mall in Springfield. The incident happened June 17th near Dicks Sporting Goods. One man suffered a gunshot wound. Police say Selvonte Williams and Calvin Shepherd the fourth were arrested on Thursday. Both are charged with mob action, while Williams also faces charges of aggravated battery, aggravated discharge of a firearm, and unlawful possession of a weapon by a gang member.
