(Springfield, IL) — For the first time in over a decade, Illinois’ General Funds Accounts payable is under a billion-dollars. Comptroller Susana Mendoza announced yesterday that the accounts payable stood at 941-million-dollars. That’s the lowest it’s been since 2008.
