Chase Briscoe Wins NASCAR At Phoenix

Chase Briscoe is racing into victory lane.  Briscoe held off the field for the win at the Ruoff Mortgage 500 at Phoenix Raceway.  Ross Chastain finished in second while Tyler Reddick took third.  Ryan Blaney and Kyle Busch rounded out the top five.
