Illinois Rep. Re-Introduces Sexting Education Bill

An Illinois state representative is reintroducing a bill that would add information about the dangers of sexting to sex education courses in Illinois.  Representative Maurice West hoped to create the program last year, but consideration by the Senate was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.  West says he believes students need to know the consequences of sending or sharing sexually explicit messages.
