(Decatur, IL) -- A theft scheme between family members has two Decatur women in hot water. Police detectives say 23-year-old Bree Dozier worked as a cashier at Walmart North. Bree, who is black, would have her sister-in-law, 39-year-old Dee Dozier, who is white, slip into her line with high-dollar items but would instead ring up Kool-Aid packages. Bree hooked up a few other customers as well, 15 times in all, resulting in the store losing about 67-hundred-dollars in merchandise. Both women are being charged with robbery.
