(Springfield, IL) -- The bill that would legalize same-sex marriage in Illinois is still not a done deal. The state Senate has approved the measure but there’s been some resistance in the lower chamber. Governor Quinn says he’s going to be putting a bug in the ear of a few lawmakers. A House committee is slated to discuss the bill Tuesday.
