(Chicago, IL) -- Governor Quinn is having Chicago-style pizza delivered to troops overseas for Super Bowl Sunday. In fact, 21-thousand pies will be arriving at camps in Afghanistan and Kuwait. Illinois Veterans Affairs Director Erica Borggren says a slice of home means a lot, especially to soldiers half-way across the globe. DHL will be delivering the pizzas as part of the Pizza for Patriots program, which was started by Illinois native and ex-soldier Mark Evans and his wife five years ago.
