(Decatur, IL) -- The Decatur Trades and Labor Assembly has announced its endorsements for local boards. In the race for Decatur City Council, the nod goes to Patrick McDaniel and Jerry Dawson. The union is backing Alida Graham, B.A. Buttz and Fred Spannaus for the Decatur School Board. Josh Rohrscheib is the choice for the RCC board. Finally, in the race for Decatur Township, the union is endorsing Lisa Stanley for supervisor, Ada Owens for clerk, Vicki Sheets for Assessor, Gary Brennan for road commissioner and Amy Nixon Rueff, Debbie Sheets, Mike Smith and P.K. Nuernberger for trustees. Decatur Trades and Assembly represents more than 13-thousand union members in Macon County.
